Cub Scout Pack 348 Free Scouting Patches Page

Here are some free patches that were found on the internet. Keep in mind our Pack has no affiliation or sponsorship but figure your scout may as well be made aware of them and possibly achieve them. These should all have their own explanations of what your scout would need to accomplish & do to obtain one or more of these patches. Please also make sure that the patch is still available.     For those of you involved in camp .... taking the boys ... organizing or what have you ....

    If they will ave opportunity to shoot BB guns, you should know there is a program whereby the boys can earn a FREE patch. (free is always good in my book. It's through the National Shooting Sports Foundation. You can see their patch program at: www.nssf.org/JrUSA

    So, I did this with the boys last year. Printed the targets, brought them with me, then collected the targets and mailed them it. I wonder what happened to the boys who came to day camp. Did they ever get sent it? Who knows ....

    BUT, I learned at the end of last year you can now *pre-order* the patches!!! You do not have to send in targets but do have to keep a roster with score of the boys who earned it. Last month, I ordered enough for the kids going to our district's day camp and my pack's boys going to resident camp. I think they're going to be thrilled to leave with the patch in hand!

    When all is said and done ... I need to send them the rosters and unused patches! unknown
